It would be great if the two ends of the train depot here were either:
1. connected to form a u-turn, would allow trains to actually use it after the train station to turn around.
2. drawn outside the edge of the park, so we could connect tracks to it.

ok thanks mate.. I have asked others and although it wouldn't actually work as a depot / train yard in game, I have someone who is a interested in making one, so maybe we will see it in the near future

@Splifsend Hi there, unfortunately I have no skills in creating 3D assets. This asset features props that are made by other people in the community. I would love to build that for you, but it is beyond my skillset.

Is it possible you could make a train yard shed for passenger trains.. I'm looking for something to work with IPT Improved Public Transport.. I want somewhere i can spawn new trains

The mod is NoPillars, it adds the function of building train tracks in the asset editor.

They are enabled by a mod I have, unfortunately I can't remember the name :P

How do you get the tracks? I looked around the asset editor but I can not seem to find anything related to train tracks.

Not this one, the other depot I have uploaded does allow track connections on each side though meaning trains can pass through.

No they don't, which is unfortunate. I'm trying to find a way to allow this though.

I made them too look pretty in mind, but you could change the stats to compliment your industrial areas if you wish.

Are these depot mods just to look pretty, or do they also serve functionally as well?
