If updating it with night-lights could it include some subtle (not excessive) attractive neon colors (with normal window lights)?
I ask because I'd like to add it to a carefully-selected District Style & Collection list of cyberpunk nightlife themes

I've put alot of time and consideration into creating these Styles which no-one else seems to want to do (except Quad)

Any plans on updating this for AD? I'm so used to seeing this in my cities ;).

I would also like to know if it's growable.

Awesome that its 3x3 because of the limit of growables currently in the game . If the base was 4x4 I probably wouldn't see it appear in my city. Thanks for sharing!
