@MrKowalinho: Check with a new city and no other mods. It's working fine here.
@tentof: Assuming you're still having problems: 1) Try on a new city with no other mods activated. 2) Give me a list of mods you're subscribed to, and tell me if you can see the edit button near the demand bars.
@King: Do you mean it's not working? Do what i said above.
@Sage: You might take a look at "ModTools", you can see and edit pretty much everything in the game.
Sorry for the late reply, i've been busy. I tested here at 1280x720, both windowed and fullscreen and i can see the panel. Tell me if it's still not working for you, and i'll see what i can do.
