Sorry for the delay getting back to all the comments. I've updated the building, hopefully the visitor issue should work for everyone now. I'm not sure if you would have to replop it. Other changes, see my "update v1" changelog above. Thanks for subscribing everyone!

Ran the simulation for a couple of weeks and nobody went into it, neither tourists nor residents. You need to fix that.

Looks pretty good, but I agree that there should be a pool or landing pad on top.

Love the look of the building but for some reason it doesn't get any visitors?

I can see that a little, the wood grain doesn't come through so well since it's faint. I think the key for good roof textures is something that is a bit weathered as well as perhaps AC units, vents, maintenance room, etc.

@SuperSizeMe, I'll update the building this weekend and tone down the pink color of the roof. It's supposed to be cedar wood, but I guess it turned out weird in the game lighting.
