Not sure what it was but now is working. Tool tip says +3 but works with the 10 slots.

The mod is now updated for the latest game version. The core logic resides in BPVMBS – the submod only configures values.
Simply resubscribe to that mod to update.

Additionally, this update may corrupt saves.
If encountering unpurchasable specializations in existing saves, use:
BPVMBS_saveGameFix [drive.google.com]

科研星球？是殖民地规划类型吗，模组应该和这个没有关系
特化无法购买问题是存档损坏，我复现不出来，猜测可能是没有特化槽位或者错误的特化槽位的情况下保存之后，就会永久损坏

如果你们在没有没有更新/更改模组的情况下在新档仍然遇到了这个问题，请告诉我细节

I can confirm that this *does* work when loaded with no other mods (apart from dependencies). If it's not working for you, first try to get a fresh download (unsubscribe then resubscribe) and then secondly do batch-testing of disabling/enabling other mods to identify what mod incompatibility is causing the problem.
