the prop you are talking about most likely refers to "models/props_combine/combine_intmonitor001.mdl" because the textures for that prop are in Half-Life 2 Remade Assets download that and tell me if the prop still missing textures is still problem.

you have to split this addon into separate parts, with a max of 2 gb.

you can't make addons with a massive file size in garry's mod, the most gb you can have on an addon are around 2 gb, any more than that and it fails to download.

maybe you can try to split this addon into a couple of parts? if possible, I think the problem will go away because your other addons have loaded.

when you open it go into downloaded addons then find the this addon then press it. then extract the to addons folder. this will make it a legacy addon.

in the addons folder there are a couple of folders that I downloaded from Google drive: (half life 2 content episode 1 and half life episode 2)
