Exception Log I got this morning; apparently this mod is causing issues with the latest update with Slugpup Safari. I asked the creator of the slugpup mod & they said this mod is causing issues & they'll see if they can fix it on their side, just letting you know.

I think this broke with the watcher yeah, also is there a chance to make an option to customize bandana colors for slugpups? (make them different color than player1 for example?)

Mod version should say v1.0.1 in Remix now. If it doesn't, restart Steam, it should then fetch the update.

Thank you, this is helpful. The error does indeed come from Bandanas this time...
It should NOT be coming from this particular place in the code, but it does. I fixed it anyways, though I assume it was likely happening because some other mod is doing dodgy things.

I got another exception log, & I saw that the bandanas mod was mentioned in the first segment of the log. (idk how to translate/understand exception logs) I'm wondering if this mod is incompatible with Expanded Industrial complex mod (when I got the log I was at the shaded citadel gate, but most of the room glitches seems to happen in industrial)

I was in a room that came from the mod Expanded Industrial Complex when I got stuck in the previous room. I know nothing about exception logs, or what the information means when I open one, the only other game that I play with mods is Sims 4 & the closest thing I can think of for that is Last Exceptions. I wish I did have one of the previous exception logs though when It first started glitching out.

The Bandanas mod is not at fault here. The error happens likely because of some mod called "CWStuff.CWStuffPlugin" or "ItemMarker".
Does this happen in a custom region perhaps? Either way, my mod is not the one throwing exceptions.

Alright thanks. I'll see if I can get the game running again with the mod & see if it'll create one of the logs so I can send it. (I do have a lot of other mods running too, so those may show up as well most likely)

As cool as this mod is, I was having an issue where sometimes I'd go through a pipe/entrance to another room. But I'd get the glitch where the room I was entering wouldn't load & I'd be stuck in the previous room I was just in. All I could do was exit the game. This only started happening when I installed/subbed to the bandana mod (mostly experienced this in expedition mode) Not sure if it's a glitch with the mod itself or it's having issues with other mods I have. Thought it would be good that you'd be aware just in case, & since I've unsubbed to the mod I haven't been having the room glitch.

I've already explained why. The modloader changes are irrelevant. Things will break, they may simply not break as hard.

@Sir Meowsalot The difference though is that in the Downpour update they introduced a new modding system. Before Downpour RainWorld didn't have workshop support and didn't even have its own mod loader. They had to be patched in through the partiality tool.
It was a fundamentally different way of doing things. The regions were also coded and arranged differently, so it makes sense why stuff wasn't transferable there.

The watcher though doesn't bring the same big changes to the table, we already have the built-in mod support which is how Downpour itself integrates with the game (it's a mod too, just distributed via DLC, not the workshop), so why would everything else break in this update unless we're getting a different modding system altogether.

@Draconic NEO, it's what happened after release of Downpour, and it's what'll happen with the Watcher. These releases massively change the game's code, and mods - modify this code. If the code that's being referred to in the mod changes, it's functionality will change too - usually break in unexpected ways.
