You need to Leave Reaper also in Machine. Otherwise you can't play them as intended :-/

Could you have a look at the portraits please ? I use Irony mod manager and at the moment none of the races are showing up at empire selection at game start. Had a word on the irony discord channel and they suggest it could be portrait related as Paradox have altered the way they now show

It will, unless you use the patcher that allows achievements with mods.

does this lock achievements?

No non-animated species, integrated themselves in any form or shape the old version of this mod into the game, unless you specifically made them mandatory empire that will appear in the game, but this version you will find primitive empires, With other words try, it would be nice at least if it would be like the old version of the mod word that did not happen. Thank you very much greatly appreciated.

It's not just the Quarrians, it's also Twi'leks, and truthfully who know what other name lists aren't properly working. I only used three of them

@Mr. Miner I'm going over the Mass Effect section now, I'll take a look at Quarians and see what's up with their namelist.
Mr. Miner 15 iun. 2024 la 17:52
So I do have to say that I noticed that when I choose the names for species list, such as ME: Quarrian, it doesn't seem to add the name for the planet but the name for the people. And then vice versa for other species. There are even a few that does put down one name, but then never changes no matter how many times you hit randomize. It doesn't seem to be consistent, is there some way you can fix that?
Dude Diligence  [autor] 14 iun. 2024 la 9:25
@jtbush00 I could look into that, but it may be a bit. As it stands, the portraits, animated or not, will not show up on random civs (I hope? let me know if they do). So at leasr you don't have to worry about static portraits affecting your games going forward from my last update. Unless they do, which if so - please tell me so i can figure out what is wrong.

@ Dude Diligence - Thanks will use this one from now on then
Scradegn 11 iun. 2024 la 19:09
ignore MAM basically replace that with whatever your species class is
Scradegn 11 iun. 2024 la 19:06
if you have it set up like this in portrait sets then your good!

Your_set = {
species_class = MAM
portraits = {
"YourSpecies1"
"YourSpecies2"
}

non_randomized_portraits = {
"YourSpecies1"
"YourSpecies2"
}
}

@moonraker65 This mod is standalone, you can use this one exclusively.

Please fix your human portraits, thanks.
moonraker65 11 iun. 2024 la 1:08
Very nice thanks. Should this be used as a replacement for the original mod ?

I find it funny for certain empires to have random race pictures. Like pacifist tyranids.
Dude Diligence  [autor] 10 iun. 2024 la 20:19
I'll look into how to make it so they don't spawn as pre-ftl. Paradox changed how everything works so it's like learning from scratch all over again.

Anyway to prevent pre-ftl empires from using these portraits? They all spawn without empire names
fisherb1986 10 iun. 2024 la 10:18
ok cool. anyway to have only animated?
