With other mods running everything was grayed out. No updates to ship build que but they would build. When trying to run alone to troubleshoot it would crash before game start every time.

Oh, I've been troubleshooting the mod for two days to figure out why my starbase interface is acting up, and it turns out to be this mod causing the issue

Failing currently. Pastes the shipyard tab over all the others in the starbase UI.
