"This is like a real ringworld should look like" my guy, it's a 10 year old powertrip space game, they're not gonna make it 1:1 with how it would work in reality, have you seen the scale of stellaris? Every planet is similar in size to a red dwarf, every blackhole would be supermassive, planets have effectively infinite resources
Realism should not be a part of the conversation when talking about stellaris, at least not in this context
