Would I be correct in assuming that this mod will break (Or at least "soft-lock") any AI empire with an origin that includes an archaeological site, as they will be unable to excavate their own origin related site?

I only changed the way the modifier was added to AI. The previous method of directly overwriting the vanilla file had a small probability of conflict and modifier was not effective for the mod mentioned by that friend. After fixing, I use trigger events to add the modifier, which will not give any other module any chance of conflicting with this mod:cuheh:
