when i press the dynamic mod menu button, this always pops up it's own window, which is really annoying, that should only happen when i click the SLAP DMM button, i think

I know the description says it already but it bears repeating, whatever's going on under the hood to make a functional keyboard is friggin magic bullshit. I've always heard about how difficult even adding custom UI elements is for most modders, so something like this is nuts.
