seems this mod is prompt to have issues if you use other clothing mods, as missing body version models make zombies look wonky (like fat legs on underweight torsos), and can even cause crashes, I tried shooting a skinny zombie and the server crashed with this error: Cannot invoke "zombie.core.skinnedmodel.visual.ItemVisual.getHolesNumber()" because the return value of "zombie.inventory.InventoryItem.getVisual()" is null.
reconnected, tried to shoot the same zombie, crashed again, removed this mod, reconnected, shot the zombie and the server didn't crash

Your mod has some conflict with the "realistic car physics"-mod, which is a shame. I believe somebody wrote about it on that mod's page, so I figured I would do the same here. Awesome work. This should be integrated ASAP in the game - and you should be compensated fairly, I might add!

I'm using Week One combined with this mod and when I point the pistol you spawn with at a NPC/zombie the game crashes(I disabled Week One and all the bandits mods restarting the game and the issue is still present, this mod is causing it).

Great work, unfortunately it seems like I can't use this very easily because I am switching between B41 and B42 for multiplayer frequently. All the same, amazing work and what you have done should be integrated to the normal game.
So this mod makes the game Crash when I equip a pistol. Unsure if it's a game bug, or something to do with "Birget's Bodies for Dynamic Body Shape mod" or "Week One" If you need more information I can give it.

Hey everyone, how's it going?
This mod is absolutely essential for the gaming experience! 😍
However, I'm facing an issue and would like to know if anyone else is experiencing it: when zombies die, their bodies disappear, leaving only clothes on the ground. The loot interaction continues to work normally, but visually the corpses completely vanish.
Is anyone else having this issue or knows a solution? It would be great to resolve this, as the mod is fantastic in all other aspects.

@Goldietooth a couple days ago, the game release patch version 42.5.1, which may cause an update, which may remove your java classes

@Goldietooth if you change game versions, or the game releases an update, it's probable you'd need to reinstall the java classes.

Both versions use the same models

well uh tbh when loading the game with the correct files for b42 (replacing them and exiting the folder) for the changes however they get replaced by the game itself because the last time i remember i didnt have to literally watch the game files overwrite the ones i put replaced in skinnedmodel just to have the b41 models when i want the b42 ones for which i replaced those files in order to get the better models

im not sure if its the game itself doing that or whatever but ive never had to idle on the folders just for it not to replace them though i do get some success on getting the b42(.5) (better models) to work time to time but its just kinda lowkey annoying to do sometimes

I really don't understand what you mean by this considering that:

A) The mod has been updated 4 days before your comment, and is working properly on Build 42.5.1 if you bothered reinstalling the new java classes

B) I'm doing it completely alone and out of love for the game and community, without having received anything yet

C) If you have any issue with the mod, I really encourage you to work on it. I literally left the blend files you'd need to work on the 157 models of the mod for this purpose.

@Birget thx for pointing it out. turns out there was an issue with how I thought the versioning system mod works. I believed it was progressive (it takes all files from common, all versions until arriving at build X) but it actually just takes from common and the latest version. I didn't include the code in the folder 42.5 (where I placed the java classes under a zombie folder) so it disabled the code :v

@Rachel Currently it doesn't work at all because TIS decided to update a critical java class, which means I need to update it as well. do not install it for build 42 until I release the fixed classes.

I haven't checked spongie character customization for compatiblities.

@NalMac, unsubscribing from the mod won't fix the issue. You have to revalidate your game since the issue is being caused by the Java file replacement which is outside of the scope of the Steamworkshop files.

Hi, can confirm it's this mod causing a CTD when equipping an M9. I started with all the mods that needed manual changes, Better FPS and Better Driving Physics both were fine. Adding Dynamic Body Shape caused the crash. I believe you need to verify game files and start over without DBS, until this one gets fixed. Don't install it manually, and don't enable it, basically.

@Villainous My game is crashing from ym handgun as well, I disabled this to see if it was the cause and it still happened. could be unrelated to you but I would test it if you haven't already.

Equipping handgun causes the game to crash on latest build. Unlike Maxwell, I'm not using Week One.
