Thanks for the quick reply :)
I've found a pattern that might help: the crash only happens when I launch the game using Skyve and then click PLAY in the Paradox Launcher, followed by manually loading the save from the main menu. However, when I use the RESUME button in the Paradox Launcher to load the same save, it loads successfully without crashing. I tested each method three times and got consistent results.
I've also verified the game files via Steam, and no issues were found. Additionally, I tried loading a test city with only this mod, Harmony, and LSM, and it worked completely fine.
Regarding the problematic mods, you're right — some of them are flagged by Skyve. While a few of them currently have no proper alternatives, but I'll try replacing what I can. If the issue persists, I’ll get back to you with more details.
I'm a big fan of your mods, and I really appreciate all your hard work and support :)
I also note that you are using several mods that have known issues. I recommend that you use Skyve to check your mod list and identify those mods so that you can remove them.

I’d appreciate it if you could let me know of any possible fix. Thank you!
- Force-reset props to terrain height when loading a savegame with no existing snapping data
Have you tried unsubscribing/resubscribing, and restarting Steam? Verifying local game files through your Steam client can also help re-download any missing items.
Is this because I have tree control?
Please note, I have removed former prop anarchy mods prior to downloading and starting a new save. Hopefully, someone has some advice. Until then, i'll keep trying to resolve on my own.
Thanks. :)
However, it sounds as though you have issues with render groups updating - try selecting all the trees with Move It and move them up and back down a step to regenerate the render groups.
I'll get home soon and I'll try it out 🙏🏻
To scale, select a prop to place, and use these keys (before you place the prop!) to change the scale.
Existing props can be scaled in the same way if you select them with Move It.
