For some reason when I install this mod I only get male infected from l4d2 in the blood harvest campaign. I don't know if you have any idea what could cause this.

Sounds like the mod didn't install correctly or there a conflict with another population mod.
Try resubscribing and/or removing any other population mod.

Checked the vscript and the models, everything looks fine. Even ingame, no hunter model instead of the boomers.

We have a small list of upcoming patches for official and custom campaigns, we won't tell tho ;)

Try resubscribing. Or if you're trying one of the supported custom maps, put this mod above them.

hello its me again, i recently installed all the patches (the official campaigns. not the custom ones) and it seems to be conflicting with Cold Front Part 2, am i supposed to ignore this or is there something conflicting?
