You're having a lot of problems, pretty sure it's conflicts with other mods...
Sounds like the mod didn't install correctly or there a conflict with another population mod.
Try resubscribing and/or removing any other population mod.
Checked the vscript and the models, everything looks fine. Even ingame, no hunter model instead of the boomers.
