Luckily it seems like Nicalis is actually listening to the official bug tracker this time and things are getting fixed. I don't intend to even advertise Retribution as compatible with rep+ until it's feature-complete when compared to the Repentance api
as for non-rep+ bugs, I am currently focusing my efforts on FiendFolio: Reloaded. Once this is out I will come back here and clean up, I just ask for some patience and understanding

Rubber Cement, Continuum, and tiny planet break the tears' behavior
and, if I had to give honest feedback:
1. make Rune Rocks show a description of their effect when EID is installed, all of them do something different from their rune variant,
2. do something with that one active item that's just a worse reworked D10, either make it better than the current D10, rework it completely, or remove it
3. make demon swine beggars sell devil items cheaper (1 or 2 red hearts, 2 soul hearts), otherwise, there's little incentive to go devil's with Mammon
4. make both Whale Pills and Cards NOT use the teleport effects, or at least, not the Whale Cards, a lot of the teleports overwrite eachother, and a lot of card effects are "one room only", so they also get overwrited
if I had to give some ideas:
add a black rune rock
add more cursed trinkets/ways to get them
