Guys it literally says in the compatibility to fix the forced scroll down issue just disable "allow shrinking" in VPE mod options. Idk if thats causing all of your issues but it immediately fixed mine

Having problem with pawn abilities UI it just keep scrolling down to the bottom and scroll view height does not work for pawn

So hilariously if you have more items than the normal screen could handle, than this mod doesn't help you because it doesn't allow you to scroll further than the normal screen would allow 😂

I discovered this after installing all the storage mods on the workshop and have a screen + full of storage items which I can't scroll further through because it's reached its maximum scrollable distance lmao.

Good mod tho. Time to uninstall the bloat.

Kudos for mentioning the Vanilla Psycasts Expanded - "shrunk skills" conflict

I was wondering why some of my pawns have this flickering interface, i thought this is a bug :Binary_v2:

Could we get a mod option to select which gizmo menus this mod applies to? I pretty much only want to use it for the architect tab.

I think you can alter the shrinkable in the prefix of GizmoGridDrawer.DrawGizmoGrid rather than in Gizmo.get_Visible. shrinkable is called before gizmo.visible in DrawGizmoGrid causing the whole gizmo grid glitch.

@Avery: If your gizmos and position are resetting on drafted pawns, you need to go into the Vanilla Psycasts Expanded options and disable "Allow shrinking". That prevents the issue.

colonist issue if you have more than 2 rows worth of "gizmos" and draft them the bar will glitch out (because you have to scroll to see the top). Especially an issue with vanilla psycasts expanded where you can have a bunch of psycasts and therefore a bunch of gizmos which causes this to bug out the colonists.

This is a 10/10 mod, a must-have for anyone that enjoys having screen real-estate but having lots of mods. Thanks so much for making it.

Architect tab too big? This fixes it.
Too many psycasts? This fixes it.

Any chance we'll see some modernizations/fixes for any new features in 1.5?

在没有征兆殖民者的时候选中殖民者查看当前的UI界面会一直刷新从底部开始浏览的状态,而且滚动滚轮的时候会重新返回从底部显示的状态,而取消勾选从底部浏览后,UI开始闪烁,而且会强制从顶部浏览,建议在没有选中殖民者的时候应用征兆殖民者时的UI界面,这样的话UI才不会闪烁

@Zephyr I met the similar problem that the bars stuck at the bottom, i've solved it by disabling the config "Allow Shrinking?" of Vanilla Psycast Expand.

Hey there! Having a bit of trouble scrolling on a colonistwho has a lot of abilities and having the simple sidearms mod, not sure if that is causing something, UI or what, but I can't see abilities because the bars stuck at the bottom.

I have the same problem as @LimiticBun BUT because of abilities from VE Ancients mod (they are shrinking and there are no option to disable it).

It seems Rim-Effect biotics/omnitool abilities are causing similar issues and that one does not have a disable shrink option, as far as I know.

Unchecking small icons fixed flickering problem only with undrafted colonists. However drafted still have running (flickering) abilities
Seems like it's incompatibility with vanilla expanded

drafted colonists with a lot of gizmos don't render correctly at all... it flashes and cuts off the top gizmos even if you expand it in the mod settings

Please put this in the description of the mod if you wouldn't mind

That way people who download large amounts of mods don't need to dig through dozens to find what mod is changing the vanilla UI

It took me awhile to notice that this mod causes the gizmo area to display a background... I tried this with just core + DLCs, with the same result

Works very well with Vanilla psycast expanded, you just need to change the option in VPE so it wont try to make them small.

@Loner Imortal You can sort the mods you subscribed in the workshop. There you can sort by last updated. The mod causing the error must have been updated shortly before the problem occurred.

this mod is great, but I don't know what happened that one day I run my save and every one of the gizmo tabs just wheren't there, completely gone, and they came back after I removed this mod so I know it whas a incopatibility issue, but I don't know what other mod could have conflicted with this one to cause this.
does anyone have any idea of what other mod could cause this incompatibility issue with this mod? cuz I have like 300 active mods and I'm not willing to go over every single one of then to know which one is causing this issue with this mod, so any directions and and sugestions would be welcome. :^)

There should be an option for this mod to only affect the Architect tab as it fucks up the entire pawns' UI terribly with Vanilla Psycast Expand enabled, no matter what settings in either mod.

awesome mod thank you but if i could make a request for a slider on the genetics added to the xenotype in both creation before game and in game xenotype production got to a point i just had to look through available genes to see what was added lol :(

@Kateye I was able to get it to start scrolling from the bottom working. It is not a perfect solution but it should work in most cases. You might need to go into the mod settings and enable "Start scroll view from bottom".
