Was using this mod within a mp save, when I had to eventually had to repair the runflat tires, I realize that this mod overrides damnlib and wondered why the tire repair kits didn't show up as a option, tried to set it to be highest on the mod load order and went into the notepad as well to move the mod id to the front as well, should mention this was done in the middle of the save as well, any solutions to this?

The workaround for this issue was to drive no faster than 45 mph and to pump the brakes. Probably would be a pain to program this catastrophic issue in, but would also be pretty on brand (and funny) for unaware survivors to die because they're driving around at high speeds and slam the brakes, causing the truck to pull an epic gamer move

Possible feature if you want people to suffer, but there's a flaw with the M939 series where slamming the brakes at high speeds could cause a catastrophic series of events where the brakes would lock, the engine would stall, the power steering would be lost, and the steering could potentially get jerked to one side or the other, potentially causing the truck to flip. Since the game takes place in 1993, this issue would technically be present on all M939s since it wasn't fixed until 1999 when a military work order was issued that required trucks to be retrofitted with ABS, which solved the issue.

Is there a possible chance that items despawn or "fall out" when the rear gate is open? I grabbed an arsenals worth of ammo and weapons at the military outpost, but returned to my base with half of what i grabbed.

can you please fix this and other vehicle mods windows crafting? they all require large and small glass pane but its a circular crafting recipe (large one needs small one and small one needs large one to craft). There is already existing windows for all other cars, each being unique is quite messy but it would be at least make it so you can make the large glass pane with regular glass pane and small glass pane with regular glass pane instead .

Please put in the description that a scalpel is needed for crafting windows.

How do I make the soft/hard cover? do I need to read something for the recipe? I cant find it in my craft menu, I can make other 923 parts but not the covers.

Pz truly needs an update to vehicle physics, itnwould make these alot more fun. Currently you can push wrecked cars fine but any hordes bounce you with 3 zombies and practically stop you dead.

@commandokilla I get what you're saying, but it's worth mentioning in case you or anyone else weren't aware that M923s like this one including with the scrap metal armour were actually used by the US Army in 2004 in Iraq. The US Army Transportation Museum in Virginia even has one complete with the armour box in the back rather than seats and etc.

The trucks didn't have much protection, so soldiers went to local weld shops to get some made and applied with whatever metal the locals had on hand. Eventually, models were issued with factory made armour and the hillbilly armour went out of use. Other vehicles, like the HMMWV, had also received local hillbilly armour treatment by some and you can find photos of them with it.

It looks post-apoc, but was actually used and looked just like this!

Hello, can I change the texture of a truck to play with friends?

This mod and multiple other mods for military vehicles seemed to have killed when when I disembarked from them. My character gets "stuck" outside the door and just... gets injured everywhere then dies.

what I don't understand is why this truck has less storage space then the M35A2, seeing how the M35A2 is a smaller truck, smaller bed then this one... if anything it should have greater storage capacity in the bed. Also wish the front tires wouldn't get so damaged when plowing down zombies, they are massive super duty tires, crushing bones and other debris realistically wouldn't phase those tires, specially when the huge bull bars obliterate the zombies. I have noticed they don't go below 25% but still think they are quite a bit weaker then you would expect them to be. Honestly would just be happy with the storage being addressed, cause I don't use the gun platform on the back, it has no purpose other then looks, and much rather see the flatbed then all that rusty metal and a non functioning mounted gun.

How do I install the gun port? It's available for crafting but where do I put it?
