not working anymore, not showing up as installed even when reinstalled twice, broke my save

I'm suffering from this error, I don't know if it could be your mod or someone else in my pack. The strange thing is that it only happens to me, and it doesn't happen to my friends. When I leave the server and re-enter my character, my character gets sick as if he had been bitten and it dies, I already uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, I restarted the server and reinstalled it and the same thing happens to me, I don't know if it's a bug or what I'm doing wrong, the strangest thing is that I host the server from another PC but with myself Steam account, I shouldn't have a problem being me, am I supposed to? If you can help me, thank you, it's ruining my ability to enjoy and enjoy a great game.

All good man. I really like this little Blockade map mod, even if it's a bit OP (low zombies, amazing loot, excellent vehicle options, and a well) but it's a really great place to spawn if you're roleplaying something like a spec-ops insertion into the exclusion zone :)

The vanilla additions west of this Blockade will definitely interfere with Irvington from what I see. I haven't used Irvington myself, but I have been exploring this new vanilla area - from what I've been reading, it was an *accidental* inclusion by TIS in the current game version, and it's very unfinished and exploring it has a surreal vibe to it. From my explorations, it appears to be a VERY large expansion. Like 4x the size of Irvington, for comparison. A very significant expansion on the vanilla map.

I think I'm gonna load up the vanilla map and see if there's anything new and vanilla in the 1x1 cell occupied by Blockade. If there is, I'll let you know.

@Viper There is suppose to be some sort of vanilla expansion that direction, yes.
In the attached image I have my other two map mods active (Road to Irvington and Irvington)
I haven't played in a while, so I haven't really kept up with vanilla additions or new mods. sorry

actually from what i've been able to determine, the stuff I've located out there is probably a recent vanilla addition that isn't displayed on any maps. No idea if Northwest Blockade is overwriting anything of interest in it's 1x1 cell

whether it's intentional or accidental, i'm pretty sure this map mod is more than the 1x1 cell claimed. If you notice in his picture above, the road mysteriously extends further west than normal.

I just drove out there and there's a whole town and a whole bunch of I don't even know what, still trying to get a handle on it, but i'm highly confident this new area isn't coming from another mod. it's either intentionally or accidentally packaged with this mod.

This works really well with Klin if you use that instead of your Irvington map (no offense, I like yours too and it fits the setting better obviously, but that's just much more raw content).

yeah the idea of getting some impassible barricades on the maps edges at least on the roads both fits the knox exclusion zone story and helps us not ram into the meme void.

getting a weird issue, every time i try to spawn here my game crashes, error log gives me this java.lang.RuntimeException: can't create player at x,y,z=11702,6896,0 because the square is null

I know there is one that leads 'to' LV, but what about a northern checkpoint that breaks off at the river line?

Really adore this map chunk dude, you did good on it; you should do a series of maps that add checkpoints to the exterior of maps that lead to the 'void'. I think a really big checkpoint leading out of LV would be badass; and it'd make sense since Louisville is a massive city which needed proper quarantine procedures.

I think every road that leads off the map should be blocked off with a military blockade, so that it doesn't feel awkward when you reach the edge of the map and just brush against the solid black void

@tilarium yeah... i didn't realize that there was a specific spawn name for them, but it's only for Fillibuster's, there aren't any military vehicle in the vanilla game, so there isn't a spawn name for it.

@Axebeard When I started the map, I was using outdated tiles and I didn't have the sloped tent tops. The are technically suppose to be tents though, similar to the ones at the military zone north of Valley Station.
I'll update the roofs when I do the other updates.

I like this mostly, I just don't get what those green pod buildings are on the SW side. Tents might make more sense.

When I get some free time, I'll tweak the ZombieSpawnMap and put the spawnpoint back in.
Removing it for now was just the most time effective solution for me right now.
I will also be updating the car spawns to fit with Fillibusters Used Cars, to spawn Military Type vehicles in the area

The spawn point was one of my recent favs, to be honest. Used it with the biker start mod that lets you spawn with a motocycle, as it was an outside spawn point which are rare.

Regarding spawning at this location. One time I spawned and a zombie immediately bit the player. Just an FYI if there's any way to make an exclusion zone around the player?

@tilarium, I haven't really though about it, but it could easily be done. The next map is slotted to continue the road west from this point, but has stalled due to time constraints with getting back to work fulltime.
Hopefully I can get a couple of free days soon to finish it up.

Gotta say, this has been one of my favorite start locations, especially with the biker start mod to start with a bike. I love these small area improvement maps that doesn't add tons but just enough. Saw your comment about the next map, can't wait to see what it is. Have you thought about doing similar maps for the other blockades?

@HARDKOR KROKODAJL It's just a small blockade, say, manned by volunteer national guard, so nothing too secured... lol
