The only adjustments that I can see this needing are the references to the changed leader classes as well as if something is for a planet or sector modifier.

governor is now official
admiral and general were combined into commander

So all of the admiral and general traits could be combined.

With the upcoming new DLC "Galactic Paragons" as part of patch 3.8 "Gemini," I anticipate this mod will need significant adjustments.
