It's probably because there's a roof overhang (which someone below mentioned) however this comes with the building and all the other windows also have the roof overhang (yes even the bathroom and bedroom one).
Trust me to pick the 1 new building that has only roof overhanging windows XD
Is it needed in B42 ?
Climbing ladders causes muscle strain - a bit too much to be honest.
I know you've used the sheet climbing mechanics, but could you tone down the muscle strain a bit? Or give us some options to modify it?
Climbing a ladder is way more convenient than using a sheet rope so going up one time should not leave me with sore arms ;)
Thanks!
I wanted to craft a steel ladder and saw that the reciepe requires iron pipes/bars instead of steel material (bars/rods) - I guess because of b42 iron/steel split.
Could you please update the recipes? Thanks!

I found a ladder indoors, apparently leading to an attic from the second floor of a house. (The cultist house in the compound on the north side of the lake that's south of Echo Creek.) Tried to climb it, screen blacked out and the game crashed. It was the first ladder I've seen on a building interior, so maybe that caused the issue?

In the meantime, please hold tight, a fix should be coming soon! I'm pretty sure it will also resolve the issue when climbing ladders 🤞😊
