I am sorry, I am an idiot - turns out it was not enabled in the mods section.
Thank you for the mod!
Thanks in advance for replying!

I have funny and perplexing news :) So, yesterday I had a situation - my old mods stack (87) which didn't change for long time (only usual "after new DLC/patch" maintenance actions). And I added a new mod (changed Transfer Controller to Transfer Manger CE). And found out that TMCE dropdowns doesn't work. After Sleepy's recommendation to try to unsub MCT, I did it and discovered that dropdowns started to work fine...
So, the next chapter. Today, after reading your message, I started to preparing output logs. Loaded save file (without MCT), started simulation, clicked dropdowns in one warehouse - all is OK. Closed the game and saved this first output_log to share with you. Afterwards, I subbed MCT, loaded same save, started same simulation, opened same warehouse and.... everything works absolutely OK.
So, I don't know what to think about this mystery. Would be interesting to hear from @Apocalyptic Fury...
I am not able to duplicate the issue you are describing with only More City Statistics and Transfer Manager CE subscribed/enabled. With just these two mods, the dropdowns in TMCE work fine for me. I cannot imagine how MCS could affect a single dropdown in another mod. Please replicate the issue and provide your output_log.txt file .
I like your mod and use it for a long time. However, yesterday I discovered one problem. I had such a conversation with Sleepy (author of Transfer Manager CE). I will post it here:
"When I open buildings Transfer Settings on main “Settings” tab the first section is District Restrictions. And I can’t make it work. Both dropdowns (Import/Export), when I click them, doesn’t show any dropped lists – just nothing happens.
When I click “Districts” button to the right also nothing happens… What can be wrong?"
And his answer was:
"Are you running More City Statistics or City Info Extended?
They are buggy and crash when you click the dropdown causing it not to work."
I checked and it turned to be true :( Without your mod all working fine. I'm sad about it, because I don't want to stop using your mod, but looks like I'm forced to in this situation to continue to play.
Is it any chance you can do something with this situation?

Yes, I changed date range. Starts from 2160 because I once mistakenly deleted.
I have a new issue since the update on my saved games and new games (both with all my mods active) Under District Restrictions the dropdowns do not work. I can no longer change between "All Districts", "Within District Only"...etc. For all new building that I plop they are stuck at "All Districts". For an existing building that was there before the update if it was "Within District Only" then the I can change the Districts on the button right next to me.

I wonder if you could ask BloodyPenguin to include this in the actual game.
