Very pleased that Civ V modding is still alive via people like JFD, but it's unfortunate that new mods are prioritised over older ones with crucial bugs getting a once-over.

I'm also getting the same issue reported by Marcus below. There doesn't appear to be any sharing of production modifiers from the capital, whether through road or railroad connections.

Why does it unlock earlier, if it still requires Aluminum which is revealed at Electricity anyways?
