Man, do I hate UI modding.
The joke mod is not required for this mod to function, it is simply listed there to (hopefully) dissuade the average Workshop commenter from posting without thinking.
If you haven't totally uninstalled and reinstalled Stellaris yet, that may be your only salvation. Otherwise, I have no idea what could be causing that kind of problem for you.
Anyways a little bit into the mod now, it's always nice there's enough expansion mod out there to dump all my my mid-game influence into!
1: Establish the Council of Faith (this button works)
2: Use the console command with the following two lines of code:
set_country_flag = main_split_tradition
add_modifier = { modifier = integrated_religion days = -1 }
3: Chack the Council of Faith. You should now have the "Integrated Religion" modifier active in your country view and the Integrated Religion button should be activated. Only issue AFAIK is that you don't pay for it...
