Here's one in Estes Park, CO. There's a rain gutter between the parking slots and the drivable part of the road. Also, on one side there's red brickwork. https://www.google.com/maps/@40.3773956,-105.5213786,3a,89.4y,57.63h,62.45t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sL6Q5-p0bKGDHyS3iv1UKeA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192

I imagine @hockenheim95 might list that requirement in an out-of-labs state.
I admit it will unzone initially without using move it or RICO, but if you plan it right it works great. The zones don't get all mangled for me because I can set them more precisely with a tool.
However, it's hard to use because it's a 3U road. If I try to fit it in somewhere, I have to either widen a 2U road or narrow a 4U road, either of which causes zone changes.
I really hope you do 4U versions someday. It would be cool to be able to do something like this: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Mackinac+Island,+MI+49757/@45.7815617,-84.7277199,195m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x4d35f189aad9ae85:0xdfba14915cd6c1f7!8m2!3d45.8491796!4d-84.6189339
Also, maybe a 2U 2-lane would work, with the parking rows only on one side?
