Very much love your mods but after your 6 core mods were updated on May 23 I cannot open longtime saves or backups. Could be something else I suppose but the new versions of your mods are the only changes I can pinpoint. I've tried updating all 6 manually by unsubscribing and resubscribing without any luck. LSM gets nearly to the finish line each time before crashing without any error. Any idea?

the mod version is out date
the mod was made for version 1.18.1-f3
current game version 1.19.2-f3
update the mod to the newest version, otherwise the correct working pf the mod is not guaranteed and can lead unpredictable error

The mod works fine. There were no changes to the game's code base. You can ignore the warning.

Guys I'm pretty sure the mod should work just fine since Paradox haven't updated the code base, only added assets. The warnings are just Harmony informing you that there could be issues since it's programmed to do so.

Hello, I understand the update just released. However is it possible for you update the mod for version of the game. I just got a warning saying that the mod is out of date, incompatible, and can cause crashes.

If you can please update and fix the mod for the game as soon as you are able, that would be appreciated. Thank you.

@patrioticparadox What I mean is that the spawn points do physically appear when you open up the menu. However when late trying to assign train lines through the building, the stop placer snaps to the first station only, not allowing one to place any stops on the other stops. From my testing, the simple act of opening up the menu on the hub building causes this bug to happen. TLDR, spawn points break as soon as you open the menu on the hub. And before you go on your usual tangent of how it's my fault because another broken mod is interfering, I must add that it is SPECIFICALLY this mod that causes this weird minute issue and that I have NO other mod that deals with spawn points installed. Unsubscribing from the mod fixes the issue.

Could you be more specific on what you mean by "bug out"? Do the spawn points become sentient and start eating your cims?

I dont know why but simply opening up the menu for this mod on the multiplatform station hub causes all the spawn points on the station to bug out. Very weird bug.

@simpatrick If you're using Linux, you can use Steam Combatibilty Tool to change over the game from Runtime Scout 1.0 to Legacy Runtime 1.0

If you're on Mac, the problem is the same, it's mono, but I dont know how to convert Mac to legacy runtimes. You'll have to ask the Mac community on Steam.

It does NOT warn that it is not compatible with the latest version. That is NOT what that warning says. This mod is entirely compatible with the latest game version.

The user's error clearly says that they are missing mono. Try fixing the error before removing Skyve.

I am still using said mod even though it warns that it is not compatible with the latest version, and, I do not use Skyve. I have seen too many issues using that mod. People complain about their mods disappearing, and apparently do not understand what Skyve does.

Try unsubscribing from Skyve and see if the game will run without Building Spawn Points enabled/subscribed, then see if it will with BSP subscribed and enabled.

Linux users (and perhaps some mac users) having the save issue. Try checking Compatibility Tool for "Legacy runtime 1.0" and give that a try. You will still get a warning, but it does seem to be working. Please let me know your results, good or bad, in the thread posted just below by Macsergey.

There is currently an issue with the recent Steam proton update that is breaking several mods, including this one. The issue at hand seems to be mono-devel. It's not an author issue, it's a Valve issue. It's causing the game to soft CTD while saving right before packaging. You get a ccs instead of a crp.

Don't know if the mod was broken or not but it just disappeared from my mod list and city. No buildings had spawn points. Resubscribed and will see if that makes a difference.

Since my previous comment - mentioning the need to create a default for all buildings, so that all commercial goods are loaded from the back like in real life. I chose of all type and yet I see keep having to do this for every building.

Until there is a way, is it possible to edit on the backend? I don't see any database file for building spawn points to do this? I would even painstakingly copy the ID of all my commercial assets if I can make the default that cargo goes to the back. Thanks!

Please, PLease, PLEASE People. Give the modders time to update said mods. We're all aware of what needs to be done. You must allow extra time for us as the Holiday's are now about to go full effect, (Halloween, ThanksGiving, Christmas) and this update for Cities Skylines 1 was a complete surprise to a lot of us as well as the rest of the community. Please Have Patience!

So question, apparently after submitting log data on the CS1 discord they pointed that I'm having issues with a specific spawn point I've moved and showed me some kind of message "[BuildingSpawnPoints] [103.7761] Create" Not sure if that means anything but is there anyway to detect where I might have Spawn point problem instead of unsubscribing saving then unsubscribing in order to clear my giant map full of moved spawn points?

@Karlmeister, you should be able to set cargo truck points for any commercial or industrial building, but you will not be able to add new ones to cargo terminals.

Is there a reason why the mod does not work on certain buildings? For example it fails on the 1x1 fire garages and also bigger service buildings.

Each of these mods by macsergey cause on Save disappearance of the GUI - still displayed as running in Steam - as by 06.03.2024:
(Linux Suse Leap 15.5 with Steam as Flatpak)

1. Building Spawn Points 1.4.1.1
2. Intersection Marking Tool 1.14.1
3. Node Controller Renewal 3.5.0.3

These mods from macsergey do not cause such issue:
1. Advanced Stop Selection 2.1.0.2
2. Elevated Stops Enabler 2.1.0.2
3. Network Multitool 1.3.5.2
4. No Problem Notification 2.2.0.3

Verified by having only additional these mods active:
- Harmony 2.2.2-0
- FPS Booster 0.9.1
- Patch Loader Mod v2.2.0

Note: No log files become available in context of the GUI disappearance aka Cities Skylines is disappearing but process according to Steam still active.

As WhiteKnight describe it, all keyboard inputs are going (additional) direct to the game itstelf.
I'm playing with C:S form a notebook via a remote control to my gaming PC. So I don't have a real mouse and with this touchpads it's not easy to simulate a mouse .-)
As a workaround, i write the digits/number in a sumple test editor and then copy&paste them into the fields. That does work.

I used to be able to type in the number as well as an m (I suppose that's short for meter). If it was a negative number then it would be like -0m. But I think I was once able to do without the m. Have you tried that LegoProfessor?

What LegoProfessor is referring to is being able to type in a particular number into the location field. This was once possible, just click on the number to place it forwards or backwards and the spawn point would move to said location. That has been fubared so that if you try it, you end up back in the game doing whatever the number you tried to use.
