Thank you from the bottom of my black heart.
Thank you.
if I see it right you are adding your blocks to the default G-Menu "conveyor junction" block group. With your mod active the blocks from the most recent Most Wanted update don't show up in that group for me. Could you edit your additions to the group or switch to use your own group?
Did they at least explained to why they refused?
What I mean is that there had only been positive feedback for all of you and certainly increased number of users of that mod.

Here you can see one conveyor showing yellow and one showing green. The only difference is the offset conveyors. On load it works fine, but if you update/remove/readd/etc any block next to or including the offset conveyors, that problem child conveyor starts acting up. Again, it only occurs next to or with offset conveyors.
Can you send me links to BuildandRepair and USGC assember mods? And screenshots?
I have created a discussion here (to keep your comments uncluttered) showing photos of the mount points for Keen's tubes and yours as well as yours and clarified with descriptions to better help you understand the issue.
As the mount point overlay is yellow as are the conveyor tube ends, you may need to enlarge/zoom in on the picture to clearly see the mount point overlay vs. the conveyor tube end.
I love the mod but sadly I have noticed a serious issue. I have checked all of the mount points for your conveyors, the large block mount points are fine but all of the small block conveyors have the edge of their mount surfaces inside the lip of the conveyors, only covering the ports and not the lip itself which is the only mount surface that vanilla small tubes have. So, your small block conveyors will not mount to a vanilla tube end as they should. All of the small block tube mount points need to be extended around the current edge slightly.
Heavy conveyors will be airtight.
Did some tests. I removed the offset conveyor and built other equipment on the same cargo port but that port was borked. Rebuilt the cargo, port worked fine but I could never get the offset conveyor to work with it. After save-reload and more tests the port was borked once more. It's like the offset conveyor kills the port of the cargo (on save/load !? idk).
It really need some more testing if the conveyor really is the culprit, I'm running mod heavy and it would not surprise me if something else was to blame. ... Good luck with the testing, I'm out
I'm still testing the reproducibility, but it seems that the Conveyor Frame (offset) is fine when installed, but when you notice it, it is no longer connected and you cannot move items.
The reason for this is that I was able to move items between containers that were not connected via the frame.
Thank you.
Do you seriously think I need to look at videos showing how to use VANILLA conveyor blocks after 6,000 hours ?
