Mod was appearing in the mod list on the main menu so I assumed it was being loaded properly but apparently not - unsub/resub did fix it.

That's what happens when the mod isn't installed, actually. Notice how the walls and lights don't match the version shown in the screenshot? I replaced the json file directly, meaning that version of the room simply doesn't exist when the mod is active. Make sure you're actually subscribed, and that steam finished downloading the mod, before checking in-game again.

This appears to load the enhanced storage hub into the wrong spot, which prevents the two-stop teleshop from appearing and makes the 'scan outpost' quest impossible as a result too.
