Hey there, I could use some help.
People are only using the very first platform of the station, although all of them are well connected.
The trains all stop, but the platforms aren't used by anyone.
is there something i dont understand?

Have you noticed the stock stations often have a pedestrian path access on the back side, which makes the pedestrian and cycling paths more orderly? This station has that smooth backside so it likely wouldn't make sense on this one, but it might be a good fit on other future stations.

I have never used MOM, so I can't really tell you anything about that. I only know that it can cause all kinds of different issues with custom stations. If it lowers the metro stations, it is very likely that it breaks the pedestrian connections.

You can post a screenshot of the problem, then I can tell better. And maybe try a savegame without MOM to eliminate other mods' problems.

Unfortunately there will always be some people walking across the tracks instead of using the undercrossing. But only 5-10 percent should be doing so. That's the game behaviour. Nothing I can do about it.

sooo, I could be dumb here, but somehow people can't really transfer between train lines at my station and because my line is built in a slightly outside area that can only be used for transfers, no one get off at my station. I wonder if there is anything obviously wrong with me...

I use MOM mod, that pops up the train station converter even if I don't really click anything to convert and that also lower the metro station to a deeper level, I wonder if that broke path finding.
