@Jay Cee Denton Thank you, The Legacy is using lots of copied armor shapes from other ships which helps a lot, but for other ships I tend to just start from scratch without considering the past ships (exile and reaver are the only other ships which exactly matched styles), the paint schemes and large fins I think really help to keep the style consistency while being able to try new hull shape styles, Paint can really make or break ships so its really good to us a variety of colors and give them specific places to represent things like floors/walls/arches/stairs/functional blocks etc.
@W01FPACK I like to leave my ships the way they were when released (unless I made a fatal design error) to represent how the game was at that moment. I'll definitely use the new weapons for future ships though!
