Stop giving false statements, that is a issue on your end, not the mod.
And you should learn how to report bugs also, because just saying it doesnt work/crashing, doesnt help anyone.

EDIT: encodig format: ANSI, utf-8 causes problems with italian accented letters

All I can say for sure (maybe not even that) is that removing the bottom 10 traits made the issue go away. But attempting to narrow it down any further than that gave inconclusive results.
I guess I'm just going to deal with it. I really hope you can fix this problem. I don't want to disable this mod just because of this issue. It's still annoying though.
