Metallic trees only drop classic metal coated wood, one or two PGI and "saplings" that doesnt appear on the inventory. I have these errors from the log too.

I have a question, the rust trees have leaves (or flowers, who knows) it could not be added to these trees, I think they would be more colorful and interesting,
Pixelflame  [auteur] 4 feb 2023 om 11:16
@newt546 Can't do much about that, saplings can only be planet on dirt.
newt546 4 feb 2023 om 10:57
it can grow on magma rock but cant be planted on magma rock

I have a question, it would be possible to create an update of this mod that contains the metals that are in FU and in Arcana, it is not necessary that they contain all the metals, only the most common ones such as lead, lunari, tenebrium, penumbrite, protocite and quietus, to give an example for FU and in the case of Arcana it would be the essences of arcane, fire, wind, chryso, terra, ice and electric,

I know modding can sometimes be hard to do but is it possible to get a fix for the mod? when i chop the metal tree i get the wood and a Perfectly generic item
The Lone Wolf 1 jan 2022 om 15:43
For some reason it only drops tungsten plated wood and perfectly generic items for me, is there a fix for it?
StendhalKnight 14 dec 2021 om 14:53
Is there a way to decrease the sapling drop chance? Chopping a forest of silver and copper trees gave me dozens of saplings each, seems like a very easy way to completely replace mining.

I know the balanced part is whether to even find the metal you're looking for or not or even find a foundry minibome but I'm afraid the moment I find every type of metallic tree I won't have to mine anymore for the rest of my game. I dislike the thought of making an important part of the game so useless :/

why theres Perfectly Generic Item in there?
Dr_Shadox 12 aug 2021 om 3:06
Hi , you have put a lot of effort into this mod and i would like to thx you for that.

But i wanna know if you think its possible to keep the vanilla rust tree alongside your tree ? (i've managed to fix my rust tree i didnt see since 2017 so i'm not rdy yet to say them goodbye haha).

I understand if you need to keep the change rust => tungsten but in this case why not add a recipe for turn a sapling from your mod into vanilla rust tree sapling ?)

Have a nice day.

this isn't fixed is it?

@LeagueParagon

I decided to take a look through the mod files and I think the issue is that there is no /plants/trees/blankfoliage/parallax/treeback/base/1.png. plants\trees\blankfoliage is where the file path ends
LeagueParagon 13 jun 2021 om 18:25
I also get the same error trying to teleport onto planets as TFrenchCanadian. The "error during world create: (BiomeException) Failed to parse biome: 'rust' " and "Error loading asset /plants/trees/blankfoliage/parallax/treeback/base/1.png" Believe this is the issue, whatever this is. Any solutions or conflicts?
TFrenchCanadian 9 feb 2021 om 11:39
hi, just wanted to report that i suspect that this mod prevents me from teleporting ona planet, here is the past bin: https://pastebin.com/U7v18WNf

you can make a foundry terraformer @Pixelflame5826
Pixelflame  [auteur] 23 okt 2020 om 16:01
@dota torture Research update most likely, try picking up other kinds of wood to see if that works.
faku bichi noobu 23 okt 2020 om 1:52
Foundry Refinery recipe doesnt appeared when i took tungsten wood, what to do? btw im playing with fu
Rnova2 15 okt 2020 om 19:00
hello I have tried this mod and technically it works very well and the best thing is that it is compatible with Frackin universe.

That said, I must comment on a slight drawback when using this mod with FU, as I said your mod technically works well, but when FU is used a lot of new planets are generated and even the old ones have more biomes that are implemented, due to this It is extremely difficult to find a biome with metallic trees, they only appear on volcanic-type planets and if it has a forge sub-biome but on planets such as primitive volcanic, infernal, lava seas or magma-frost that sub-biome does not appear.

There I wonder, couldn't you make the metal trees appear in other biomes such as the rusty ones, or on planets like the cyber sphere? I know that FU is not your mod, but a little help would be greatly appreciated

As odd as it maybe I found some metal trees but all they give is wood.
Pixelflame  [auteur] 31 aug 2020 om 20:24
@AlexExodius As it says in the description, you can find them on volcanic planets.
AlexExodius 31 aug 2020 om 9:37
What planets can you find a Foundry Biome on? Or if its star specific what stars do you find the biomes on?
BaileyRW 10 aug 2020 om 23:20
could we get some spawn commands?
Raf-raf♀ 8 aug 2020 om 12:11
I think I found my best biome
aux Chord 6 aug 2020 om 16:09
Oho? You had my interest, but now you have my attention.
Pixelflame  [auteur] 6 aug 2020 om 12:14
@antisocialLeprechaun Yes it does, I made sure that the metal coated wood wasn't completely deleted.
aux Chord 6 aug 2020 om 8:55
Does this mod change the vanilla Metal Coated Wood into Tungsten Coated Wood? I'm getting that vibe from the description. I'm not a modder, but I'd think that'd cause problems with mods that add their own recipes using Metal Coated Wood (such as the Lyceen Race, which uses it for a spear recipe or two).

I really like the idea of this mod, it's a brilliant way to expand on a vanilla idea to fulfill the desire for a convenient supply of metals while still making sense in the game universe, I'm just worried about incompatibilities from other mods asking for a material that now no longer exists.
Armok 5 aug 2020 om 14:48
a nice tasteful way to farm metals
