Why do I need a DLC for this? It's just 1+2 road with grass. I really need it and this might be the only one mod out there that fits the 1+2 criteria and I don't want to buy a DLC, jsut to get a road that's not going to even utilize the DLC...I mean, the mod that I actually need is a 3 lane 1+2, without Parking. That's such a common road in real life, but impossible to get in Cities Skyline.
