They regenerate? What next, you can only kill them by cutting out the back of their neck? kudos to whoever gets the ref.
The Hp regen has made them unkillable though. such a shame.
my current plans are to incorporate some true (non-freeform) quests into both bigger mods related to their subject matter dungeons etc. also making the DLC versions which will be quite simple.
have a few other ideas after that though but need to figure out what i want to actually do. ill keep you posted
Just to be certain - giants are 60% not "twice as big" right? (that will also explain why they don't seem too different, but still look pretty huge.
btw - I have sent applications (reports) to BOSS for both of your mods (that were in the unrecognized section). I am not sure if it will help, but it might, either way, suggest you report your mods to BOSS anyway.
Any plans for other mods?
I would suggest Bigger Dragons, but I am not so sure how it will affect their hitboxes. Because sometimes it's hard to hit a dragon from the side anyway. Maybe a mod that increase dragons per level: so Dragon will be 20% bigger, Blood 40%, Elder 60%, Legendry 100% etc.

Does is seem like Bigger Giants is working?
delete tihs post later if you wish.
Also thought an Ice Giant - another SIC creature if I am not mistaken - blue giant that is all covered in frost: I think he was somewhat bigger as well.
And finally - I think your mod works great - the biggest plus? THEY HAVE MORE REACH! yes - so it all make sense - I can safely say that Giants and Trolls have longer reach now than ever - meaning you have to double back a lot more in order to dodge attack. Additionally - hitbox seem to be dead-on, had no issues hitting them.
Now the Bigger trolls is just awesome. They are a hell lot beefier and menacing. The change is easily noticeable.
As far as Giants - yes they look bigger, esepcailly when you get close to one, and you see how you don't even get to his groin with your helmet and that he is almost twice as tall as a mammoth.
Again, I didn't play the game enough to remember how big giants are - but they seem quite taller.
See if you can view this screenshot and tell me if the giant see bigger:
