Removing horns from the new version is on the TODO list.

Currently working on a replacement that combines Human and Humanoid, suddenly more urgent as gender changes in 3.2 break the existing mods and MnCnNn appears MIA.

Ya a mod removing the horns on species #03 would be awesome!

If I could make a humble request, would it be possible to add a similar sub-mod that also removed the horns from the Humanoid #03 species? That is of course, if it's not too much time consuming or hard to maintain, otherwise just keep on developing other awesome stuff!

@lastofthelight -- There's a thread at that link you need to read, a user had a similar problem to yours. He started tracking the mod download sizes and found that they were not correct. After several attempts the sizes lined up to what they were supposed to be, but it took several efforts. You should read that. I think the user was franks9. Go to page 11 on that link.

@aemeric - Right, thanks. I actually use a mod manager which takes care of that for me, but its always a good reminder. To be sure, I deleted the folder, unsubscribed, resubscribed, and made sure this was last in my load order. Elves still have horns. No idea why.

And scroll down to step 3. Pay attention to step 2, but 3 is what you want to read. Follow the instructions there. This is a solution that Ajey posted for not just ACG but Stellaris users in general. Note that Ajey states "This is a common problem with Steam and can't be fixed by mod authors".

Still had horns with the space elves with this installed. Decided to uninstall the whole set; I'll wait to try it out again later. Followed the prescribed (new) load order via SE - Humanoid 2 thread. Probably something on my end though.

Just curious: is there a version of this mod that mixes and matches whether the elves have horns or not, or that will let you choose whether they have horns? The latter probably isn't possible, but I just wanted to make sure.

What situation adds horns to the elves? Is it a specific government type?

I'm assuming this needs to be "below" or "after" the Humanoid mod in the Load Order?
