Please add descriptor.mod to all your 2.6 compatible mods so the launcher and other mod managers will see them.

Yeah, the built in function only sets the initial border status. After a war the border access will be left open until you notice it.

Thank you for this, it's annoying having my borders set to open after a war and manually having to close them when the forced access is over.

But why? We have had the ability to set border policy for awhile.
