Hm, I cant seem to get stairs in. How do you do that?

@zurab_l: It still works despite being obsolete. If you use the newest one (not the one used by this quay), then the quay will not have lamps on it. You can always place your own with Find It and Prop and Tree Anarchy if you'd like. If you want it to have lamp posts, then you'll need to be subscribed to the version listed here.

modern lighting pack that this mod uses has become obsolete. Do I use the replacement mod that its page suggests?

@Nartaz: Yes. Everything works with Snowfall, it just might just have snow in weird places (or no snow at all), but things still work the same. :)

Wow these look incredible.. The lack of "usable" space with the quays really bothered me and this is perfect.

That's just great. I just lost 12 hours of my life (and 25,000 cims lost their houses) while I ripped out my ENTIRE riverside promenade, just so I could rebuild it with this quay.
