@Tyrant See Alu's comment, there are still people who can't tell this mod apart from the mod it was forked from and if i did remove the 1.1+ there would probably be the odd user who would comment "this doesn't work with 1.0".
Alu 23 jun om 15:48
the title is the most that many people will ever read
so its really important for the average steam user

@Tyrant

What'd be the point ?
Tyrant 23 jun om 11:44
Awesome to see a 1.6 update. Though it might be time to remove the [1.1+] bit from the Workshop title.
CrashM  [auteur] 17 jun om 10:44
@Alpenhörnchen I'm afraid i will need more information (like the debug log) in order to help you with that.
Alpenhörnchen 17 jun om 9:34
Does not work for me on 1.6
Alu 13 jun om 22:34
post log
also make sure your harmony mod is resubbed
brrainz broke that yesterday
CrashM  [auteur] 13 jun om 9:02
@Lizard the 1.5 mod hasn't changed. Mods for this game have different DLLs for each version, and the DLL for 1.5 hasn't changed since April 2024.
Solarius Scorch 13 jun om 5:31
@Lizard: No issue on my end.
Lizard 13 jun om 1:52
You broke it for 1.5 it doesn't work anymore the bar disappear the UI flashes randomly...
CrashM  [auteur] 12 jun om 2:39
Updated for 1.6
Evono 2 jun om 19:55
thanks both of you :)
CrashM  [auteur] 2 jun om 7:39
@Evnon, what Alu said. This mod should be compatible with CG and will replace CGs portrait rendering with this mod's with it's performance improvements and extra features. If you do choose to remove it there should be no problem, this mod doesn't touch the save files.
Alu 1 jun om 10:35
you can just use both as crash m has compat for groups @evono
assuming said compat wasnt broken
Evono 1 jun om 8:09
Can this be removed mid game? iam slowly getting too many colonists and want to swap to LTO colonist group bar or are they compatible?
CrashM  [auteur] 30 apr om 13:00
@Cakes This mod has been optimised to be faster than vanilla since before 1.2, this mod replaces vanilla functionality rather than adding to it like other mods do, so what you are seeing in Dubs performance analyser Harmony Patches section doesn't reflect the fact that it is replacing time that would normally be taken by rendering the vanilla mood bar. To compare this mod with vanilla you need to compare the GUI > ColonistBarOnGUI section of the Dubs mod, with and without my mod enabled. For more information check Dubs discord.
Cakes 30 apr om 12:15
Is this mod still demanding on performance? I remember checking dubs performance analyzer late game with 8 pawns and this mod was in the red and taking up a huge chunk of the game memory
Raiseo 10 apr om 12:51
@CrashM Eyyy that actually worked! I've deleted the folder after unsubbing, there were some remnant files. After subbing again and activating, it all works perfectly now.
Cheers and thank you!
CrashM  [auteur] 10 apr om 9:53
@Raiseo one thing you can try is looking for the \workshop\content\294100\2006605356 folder and if it still exists after unsubscribing, if so, just delete it and resub.
Raiseo 10 apr om 4:51
@CrashM That's what I thought as well, unfortunately, the folder you told me about is empty and both options show up when I have the mod active.
I'm not sure if perhaps I have downloaded more than one version of it somehow.
CrashM  [auteur] 9 apr om 12:10
@Raiseo Thats wierd, do you have a local copy of the mod (in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\RimWorld\Mods) as well as a workshop copy?
Raiseo 9 apr om 5:57
How strange, whenever I load this mod, the colonist bar up top disappears.
I tried putting the mod in the middle, at the top or at the bottom of my list, but the moment I deactivate it the vanilla bar is back. I tried resubscribing as well.
Thing is, When I go to mod options there is two CM colored bars, one is completely blank and the other seems to have the correct options.

I have Vanilla expanded collection + Combat Extended and some other minor mods, nothing for UI, unless Awesome Inventory counts.
CrashM  [auteur] 27 mrt om 10:55
@SirGentSaltstick if you are having a problem with your UI disappearing after uninstalling this mod then the problem wasn't with this mod. It doesn't touch save files or anything similar, when uninstalled it will leave nothing. Most likely another mod is setting something to null that should never be null (which i've seen many times), this mod usually just gets caught in the crossfire because it's part of the UI.
Alu 27 mrt om 4:41
if your ui vanished
you have an error and your log willl tell you why
SirGentSaltstick 27 mrt om 4:27
Supposedly this mod has a bug that makes your UI disappear. Although my problem persists despite having uninstalled it. Be wary.
CrashM  [auteur] 10 feb om 10:57
@CurtimusPrime92 i'm afraid this mod doesn't manage the location of the bar and portraits just whats drawn in them. You might want to check out Colony Groups (which this mod is compatible with), i think it has features similar to what you are looking for.
CurtimusPrime92 9 feb om 15:30
30+ colonist and i am starting to get concerned that at some point i wont be able to click the bars anymore lol
CurtimusPrime92 9 feb om 15:28
is it possible to make the mood bar wrap to new rows instead of shrinking the pawn mood boxes into oblivion? or ideally add a setting for Max Allowed Bar Shrink %, then once max shrink is reached have it start wrapping to more rows?
Tae 2 jan om 19:29
yeah disregard my question, sorry. it somehow got disabled when I was sorting through mods and in my flu-ridden state i did not see it lol
CrashM  [auteur] 2 jan om 7:24
@Tae it's in the mod options under CM Color Coded Mood Bar. The pregnancy icons should be enabled by default. If you can't see this mod under the mod options you probably either have this mod disabled, or you have a difference mood bar installed.
Tae 1 jan om 13:30
specifically trying to turn on the pregnancy setting but i cannot find it
Tae 1 jan om 13:24
I can't find the settings for this mod, where is it? like what name is it under
CrashM  [auteur] 28 dec 2024 om 19:16
Hmm, it might be possible, but it would require knowing the difference between a "non-mood colonist" and a "colonist with zero mood". Would have to do some digging.
The.Lord.Chanka 28 dec 2024 om 18:43
Random request: would it be possible to disable mood highlighting for colonists that aren't affected by mood?

Have a few custom modded xenotypes that don't suffer from mood (mainly VFE Androids), but the red blinking icon for major break risk keeps distracting me. I would disable break risk, but I do still want to know when my mood-affected colonists are getting antsy.
CrashM  [auteur] 4 dec 2024 om 13:21
The default options should be faster than vanilla. For more performance, generally speaking the less that is shown the better.
lorosexn 4 dec 2024 om 11:57
What options need to be selected for this to run faster than vanilla?
mannon 16 jun 2024 om 7:08
Think you could add an option to show utility item next to weapon? I tried another mod to do it, but it's not compatible with... something.
SEONGMIN 5 jun 2024 om 18:07
thanks for updating of every version
CrashM  [auteur] 13 mei 2024 om 2:34
Thanks Alu, vanilla also doesn't have all the extra features such as customisable colours or all the status additional icons.
Alu 11 mei 2024 om 10:18
this is not remotely true
this mod functions faster than the 1.5 one by nearly double

vanilla couldnt be assed to optimize the function when they added that dumb thing
ira_funder 11 mei 2024 om 8:50
this is usles now that its in 1.5
lol 10 mei 2024 om 10:31
Mentioned in Best Mods • Vanilla UI collection.
PMC_Zero 5 mei 2024 om 14:56
playing on 1.4 somehow disappeared didn't changed any thing... any help or tips?
FeralFerret 26 apr 2024 om 3:33
Still very much needed after 1.5! Thanks!
Kenpachi 25 apr 2024 om 14:34
@Danny What a wonderful way to admit you live your life only online :) Yes i don't know what that's mean cause i don't care don't have time to waist to talk with nobody on internet so have a nice day i will not respond anymore :) And sorry for the spam on the mods author still love your mod thank you for your work on it make my gamming session a lot better all those years :)
hardbrocklife 24 apr 2024 om 15:30
This is definitely superior than Vanillas pawn UI.

o7 is a cringey internet salute terminally online people use.

I want to use Colony Groups just for groups but the mod author added the color coded mood bars functionality that is overwriting CM CCMB, and is missing Ghoul functionality. I only want the colony groups to group ranged and melee pawns separately, as Misc Core has not been updated to 1.5. I may forgo being able to use grouping as in disinterested in using its Pawn UIs additional features because it feels too cluttered.

I read of the Colony Groups page there was a beta compatibility patch but I have not been able to find it. Maybe its built in and still touches the pawn UI, causing me to lose my Ghoul in the pawn selection.
Danny 24 apr 2024 om 2:34
@Kenpachi
What a wonderful way to admit to the rest of us you don't see what "o7" is. Anybody who ever calls anyone sheep can never be taken seriously lol
Leenbow 22 apr 2024 om 23:13
It still is better than vanilla even in terms of mood bars only - this mod adds color borders, which make it much more visible and easier to understand, especially when looking at big fat colonists icons
Kenpachi 22 apr 2024 om 18:50
Just a bunch of sheep that share a single brain cell betwen all of them ...
T_GabiUel 22 apr 2024 om 10:11
I don't get the "o7", this mod has a lot more features than just the mood bars. Hell, I would download this mod just for the schedule colors alone. Thank you for your amazing mod.
