What does it mean that you can't gain an advantage by getting pops? The way the stellaris economy works is pretty heavily premised on seizing populated worlds.

严格人口限制只能在`[产业革命]飞升前使用
贸易优化针对产业革命进行了支持, 人力将决定贸易产出补偿量
Dynamic population restrict is disabled by default, because the vanilla game already has similar functions
Strict population restrictions can only be used before [1st Industrial Revolution] is took
Trade optimization supports the Production Revolution Mode, and manpower will determine the amount of trade output compensation

I am not sure...in some mods condition strategic resources are not insufficient.
And as I tested before, I found trade route cause calculation pressure as much as 10000 pops, although PDX has changed it to once a week.
And I decide to get rid of dynamic pops restrict function because PDX has added a new mechanic to restrict growth when too much unemployed.

One more thing about AI Build Habitat, it would be nice if an option can be added to restrict normal AI empires to where it can exploit Habitat's interactions with strategic resources (Volatile Motes, Exotic Gases, Rare Crystals on an uninhabitable planet) rather than by the numbers. Maybe more suitable to be the new default.

On a few minor issues

Trading route daily calculations have been fixed by the very last patch, so I think it's now okay to default to the vanilla settings.

AI Build Habitat: It would be nice to add an option to limit the normal AI empire to 2 or 3, making it a new default.

Since the genetic modification of AI was patched in 2.7.2 and seems to be working fine, it may better to have the new default to self-evolution event activated and AI species modification to limited.

delete your stellaris folder, and make backup of your saves. then start the launcher again, the folder will be refreshed and all old caches will be cleaned

It doesn't work. I assigned this mod the lowest bottom. I deleted it and subscribed again. No matter how it didn't work every time. In framework, the mod only said 'not activated'. Please tell me what I should do

Hey Infinite, love your mods, really appreciate your work, but i just noticed i`m having the same problem as Ino, pops growth bar is maxed out but no new pops are made. i tried to move the mods load order but it didn`t help.

Population wont spawn, it goes to 100^x/100 and wont spawn the pop even though it has enough "growth". Do you have any idea which mod of yours might be causing this?
