A very quick look shows that it doesn't work with ethics and civics classic, which is a shame, since this (+ Empire United) would be perfect otherwise. Might just make a personal patch for it.

This mod is (partially) broken with 2.8. Multiple civics are showing traits with missing localisations namely "Ascended Meritocracy" and "Wasteful Consumerism":
mod_planet_pops_food_upkeep_mult, mod_pop_category_rulers_produces_mult, mod_pop_category_specialists_produces_mult.

I've noticed a bug. when you have the feudal society civic and attempt to intergrate a vassal the decreased wait time causes the wait time to become infinite and for the player to start gaining 1k influence monthly. any fixes or patches for this?

Cyber Democracy seems to be limited to just Direct Democracy, instead of being available to both Direct and Indirect Democracy.

would it be possible to unlock the "government type" civics in game, for hybrid regimes? So as to spend a government-type slot in having government buildings generating both nobles and philosophers, or both high-priests and science directors?

@Black Goat None of the new governments added would get the special administrators, so it wouldn't really make sense. It shouldn't "break" it, but you'd be less likely to get the special administrators.

@whitespacekilla I'm away from my computer until tomorrow. But my mod is supposed to have ethic_rebuild_governments.txt as blank file, overwriting the original mod. Tomorrow I'll check and make sure it wasn't deleted by accident. This mod has to come after Ethics and Civics Alt to work correctly.

Correction, you would need to define them in a file that comes after "ethic_rebuild_governments.txt" in alpha sort. Sorry.

Noticed something odd while generating a patch for my collection, your mod defines but fails to override any of ethics and civics alternatives' governments. This is because ethics and civics alternatives defines them all in "ethic_rebuild_governments.txt" and you define your alternatives in 00_governments.txt. Since all these ids are LIOS (last in, only served after alpha sort) load order is not enough. You would need to define these governments in a file that comes after 00_governments in alpha sorting (like zzz_governments). Maybe this was intentional but I can't imagine you intentionally defined a bunch of conflicts with the base mod to have them not be applied.

So I was trying to figure out why I couldn't take the cyber democracy civic as an indirect democracy and this mod apparently changes the cyber democracy civic so that it can only be used with direct democracy.

@Magus Any government that you wanted to get those special administrators, you would need to add to the triggers, yes. If you wanted the tooltip to show the administrators, you would also need to change the localisation file.

Quick question!

If I were to patch another mod's governments into this, from what I understand of the mod files, I'd just need to add said mod's governments to the z_administrator_triggers under the right categories for their ethics, correct?

@relytor Consider updating your mod so that the planet_pop_assemblers job uses alloys instead of minerals. That way it is consistent with vanilla and the current robot balance.

@PsychoBelka I only have it disabled because @petruxa had it disabled in the base mod. I only changed civics that affected administrators in this mod.

@relytor Good day, im having compatibility problem between this mod and "Storypack: The Nyblax and the Collector". When you kill Collector (aka Thanos) his planet should create a new empire with predetermined civics, but because your mod disables that civic game just freezes. The civic is "civic_cutthroat_politics". I manually edited your mod to allow civic and it worked. If anything can be done from your side (i.e. Patch) i would really appreciate it.

@jht_89 EUTaB is one I haven't ever looked at, so I could only guess. As long as it doesn't overwrite the vanilla buildings and/or jobs, though, it should be okay.

@jht_89 I just finished the Ethics and Civics Alt + Expanded Traits, Civics, Pops, and More mods. I'm getting ready to release a much larger mod pack. Ecology mod is one that I plan on integrating into the mod pack, so I'll start by doing a pathc just for Ethics Alt and this.

It is. I'll have to double check the definition file to make sure it updated correctly, but it will work correctly with 2.6.2
