@koyangi, I just did a test with RICO and if you search for "HM" or "Seoul" in the search box it will show up. Do not select commercial when you do the search because that will exclude from the search results all assets that are actually commercial assets (because the mod is supposed to convert assets from one type to another and you can't convert commercial assets to commercial assets). As to why it disappears, my guess is unless you have converted it into a unique building you still need to place it on commercial zoned tiles.

They grow and then they disappear. Do i have to build first a commercial tile? I can find other buildings via RICO.

@koyangi, are you plopping buildings or letting it grow? This building will only grow on a 3x2 high commercial tiles. If you are plopping it, I actually don't know how you plop buildings without using FindIt, but in any case it should not disappear unless you are plopping it on the wrong zones. If this is still not working, please let me know what mod you are using and what tiles you are placing this building on.

Hi. Where can i find this building ingame? I installed the mod, it is found in the list ob assets/objects but ingame i cant find it.

Dude your assets are perfect. The only reason someone wouldn't use them is they don't know about them.
Extravagant detail on bespoke buildings, relatively optimized in a low file size. Perfect.
