@aleksramos68: There is no "API Default Options" setting in MCM from MinimapAPI. i dont know what that mod is talking about.
If you want to look for yourself, install the mod "Mod config Menu - Pure". Then press L or F10 in a run, to open the mod config menu. There you can find the MinimapAPI menu entry.

Guys, I have a question, another mod tells me "(This mod works best with the "API Default Options" setting from MiniMAPI's Mod Config Menu)". but I don't know how to do that, I don't know how to open the mod confi menu, could somebody help me? I'm new to mods and don't know what to do here

@supreme mild: Its impossible for mods to permanently write themselfs into game files. the API simply doesnt allow for such things... To uninstall this mod, simply unsubscribe from the mod and restart the game 1-2 times.

no the guy below you is right this mod like, writes itself into your game permanently. disabling or uninstalling it doesn't actually uninstall it. have no idea how that happens, but it's been happening to me since i reinstalled all my mods lol

I am sick, and tired of trying to rid my game of this mod. I have done everything from disabling the mod and restarting my game, to deleting the source files. Please, tell me how to get rid of this mod, I want a cat flipping me off when I get curse of the blind.

this is a small visual issue,whenever the map is set to "big" the hud of the items i have overlap and its kinda ugly

Thanks for keeping this mod updated, I couldn't imagine playing without it anymore!

One more small thing i noticed: When using Glowing Hourglass in the mirror world, the map seems to forget all icons in the "regular" world.

@Marcel : First time that bug was ever reported... Its fixed now.

@Samantha Prezombie : The highlight will no longer be displayed on undiscovered starting rooms now

@Tomandandy: I cant reproduce that bug. Maybe its fixed now with the new update

@Alriph: i dont understand what you mean. you can already limit the teleport selection to only allow cleared rooms

Since yesterday, this mod causes my game to freeze and go unresponsive whenever I start a run. I have tried installing and uninstalling various mods and found even on a run with no mods, using this mod causes the freeze. Does anyone have a solution for this? Or should I just stop using the mod

One small weird thing I noticed though: Card Reading portals are displayed as Lil Portal portals on the map (even after the portal was taken).

Minor issue, with starting room highlighted on, it reveals the rooms with the light beams during the ascent. Could it be changed to only highlight starting rooms that have been visited?

we dont have a seperate TP map. we use the vanilla map to indicate the TP location. you need to hold down the map button and use the shooting buttons to move the cursor. then use enter, left click or the accept button to confirm the teleport action

i fixed it by going to the mod folder in the files and deleting the entire minimap folder then verifying the files

the pause crash is caused by a different mod that alters the pause menu. that report is currently faily common in the isaac community.
The minimap api error can propably be fixed with a clean reinstallation of the mod. just do these steps:
1. Unsubscribe from the mod.
2. Start the game and go into the main menu (this will uninstall the mod properly)
3. Close the game
4. Subscribe to the mod (this will install the mod again)
5. Start the game and see if that fixed the issue

i had this mod for a bit never really liked it (not because its bad just preference) and now every time i load the game i get an error message saying the files of this mod are corrupt and to restart but i go to hit pause cus i use controller and the game just closes. im not sure if its cus of this mod or something but the error message is my main problem

@Fresh bread: No we will not make it compatible, since its the creator of that "Shocked Walter" mod who needs to make his mod compatible with our mod. We provide an API for other mods to use to make their stuff work properly with ours.
