Trying to build it in survival mode, and the middle wheels won't spawn in. Too close to the front and back wheels.

Hello WorteL_WurM the drills are on a other grid for the game engine and can not be projected with the projector. ad a second piston then a drill. after that put all Pistions into the block group called "Pistons Groundhog"

I cant seem to get it to build the drill heads and cannot add it manually. Any idea to what im doing wrong? The drill heads does not show on the blueprint for me either

Thanks so the angle is gyro controlled. I am currently playing on alien and I am having a hard time finding cobalt so rover mining is a top priority.

Hello JuanPinoy, thanks for the question. If the Rover just heads forward without manipulating its elevation using the gyros it will dig down slowly. the shaft gets steper and steper and at the end it crashes. but if you slightly lift the elevation it can dig horizontal and even upward at an angel. I wonder how well does it drill. Is the path drivable afterwards? Or does it basically punch into the ground?

Hello Markhodson68 try removing armor or other block that pertrude from the craft near the rear wheel suspension

Bit late to the party with this one but I can't get the 2 rearmost right wheels to build, the suspension is there but the wheels won't weld up. Is there a fix/work around for this

Hello Coro, I have not tested the DAS scrpit. I prefered to have a universal Wheel setting or to chang it manual so it can still be controllable if the script block is damaged. but i will take a look at the DAS script. Thanks for the comment about the stability. check out the Gally or Gaius for the best offroad racing performance cars i made :)

I just discovered the DAS script for rovers and I’m wondering if this rover has the ability to use the DAS script. I mean this rover is already the most stable I’ve ever used, I’m just wondering if This was made with DAS in mind?

i cant belive i did not put in ejectors when i built it ;) i will take a look if i can add them.

I wish it included an ejector to get rid of stone.

Hello Stavinair Caeruleum thanks for asking. The Groundhog uses 4 Transparent LCDs. They only display the name of the Blueprint and are not needed for operations. you can use the Blueprint without the DLC. let me know if you need anything else.

Mind making one that doesn't use DLCs?

You could add pistons to the rear wheels ;)

Nice Design! I did mod it to suite my needs. I added a hinge to each drill. I found adding a 20-25 degree tilt to the drills allow for a lot of flexibility.

add a piston to the Piston then the Drill head

When I made this the actual drills were missing. Trying to figure out what is connected to it. I have only 1 piston on each side that go in and out with "2" key
