Very nice map, i just spend like 20 minutes typing some suggestions what could be done extra but there is just 1k character limit here x) Iam pretty good with optimisation and i see quite few things which could be done if u want i can take look at your rmf, or if you want look for "Man VS Engine" 70 pages long e-book article take time to read it through you gonna learn alot.
The cliffs though bother me alot, you barly can see these big stone props but they still gonna render, u can easely remove collision on these, replace with player clip on top for example, there is also some potential to put func_occluder into use i think. Leaving like cheers :coolthulhu:

Just updated it again, this is the most I can optimize it without making it look like trash. Also added a T room, more weapon and ammo spawns and also more physics props

@Pig Main so far I've reduced the draw distance on a lot of outdoors props, so it should improve the framerate. Also removed the mirrors. I'll test the map on a lower spec PC to see how much it's improved

The mirror windows do drop the framerate, the frames improves after they break. BUT looking down the long end of a big open area is the bigger framerate killer. If this is supposed to be a faithful recreation of a dinocrisis map (I've never played it) then it's understandable if those areas are harder to optimize. Posting this because I want you to know its not just the mirrors.

Proubly you could fix the problem by just removing the mirror. Adding more aggressive render-fade to office props near the mirror would help too.

@Skate6788 Weird, just tested this map on an old computer with an i5-2500 and GTX 750, highest settings, and I'm getting consistent framerates all over the map, the lowest being around 40 FPS near the spot you just described, which I think is good for a CPU and GPU that old

Interesting map, but when helicopter scene is rendered + near mirrors i getting 20 fps.
