Small issue- it seems I can't sell rugs to anyone.
Is it intended mechanic or there is something wrong with my modpile?

I can't remember seeing archotech art for the past 2 years (not in game years, rl years) and thinking back I've only ever seen them in ruins of other people their bases in some mod?

Do they actually still drop in Quests/Traders or is this part of the mod broken like I think it is?

The rugs (at least the large one) seem to conflict with the plant pots, making them unavailable for planting.

Would it be possible to make the wallpaper structure something placed ontop of walls like the wall lights? Struggling with 1 wall separated rooms and wanna have different wallpapers for them all :(

How does one set up the wall relief? My pawn just finished one and dropped it right next to the art bench and now I only have an option to deconstruct it and nothing else.

None of the art pieces from this mod seem to link up with other nearby art pieces to amplify meditation focus... I tried the obelisk, monument, pillar, relief, and all three sizes of statues. The base game sculptures link up with each other as normal, but the art pieces from this mod do not link with anything, either from the mod or from the base game.

Hello, am I understanding correctly that the small, large, and grand statues are identical to the small, large, and grand statues in the base game except that they have the depicted new art in their finished forms? And if so, is the new art used even if you have an Ideology style that affects statues? I'm asking because I'd love to have the thrumbo statue for my animalist style colony.

I have an issue where for some reason a small rug can't be moved, it's stuck where it was stored. I only have the option to destroy it.

@King DaMuncha I used the plinth in my game with no issue. Are you setting the allowed storage content, like a standard storage spot? Also check to make sure any other mods that affect storage, like filter mods, also allow the item in question.

Can you add the statue of colonist function to this mod, because the colonist statue doesn't seem to be updated anymore. I think this is amazing works.

I wanted to let you know of an issue with the rugs that I had. For some reason, when any decorative plant pot or vanilla plant pot is placed on them, pawns will not path to them to sow the plants in them for some reason. Once I moved them off the rugs, they path to them with no issue.

Another issue that is minor, but if you place an obelisk inside, for some reason it shows the animation what whatever is happening outside over it, despite being covered by a roof. For example it looked like it was raining over the obelisk despite it being roofed over. This one isn't terrible, just wanted to let you know.

I'm having some ridiculous problem with the Wall Reliefs, as the moment they are finished crafting, and they are hauled off towards the stockpile, and 'built' in place.

I forced my pawn to drop a wall relief, and it actually dropped right in place, blocking the door and destroying the floors under it.

I have used this mod basically sense it came out, and I never once got offered archetech sculpture as a reward. I didn't even remembered it until today cause I am looking up all the old vanilla extended stuff.

Shelves don't project the beauty of items on them onto the room. Plinths do. Placing an incredibly beautiful sword on a shelf will not make the room prettier.

Question: can plinths only hold one item as opposed to Shelves who can hold three items per cell they're in? Because that would make them quite useless for their intended purpose as a combination of statues and shelves can hold more items than a combination of plinths while also producing the necessary room beauty.

Plinth can't be rotated to better accomodate to the wall, making it look odd in some places.

I think the wallpaper could have better been executed as some kind of add-on to already constructed walls, like the wall-mounted coolers were, considering thats what wallpaper is, though I'm guessing they're their own thing to force you to build them out of wood for balancing purposes

I doubt this is intended, but Grand Rugs are capable of spanning multiple rooms if placed correctly, thus multiplying their effectiveness.

Re: Rugs not being tradeable. Here is a small patch that makes traders who trade in art to trade rugs as well. Make a new mod, put this in the Patches folder, and it works.

This is trivial to incorporate into the mod; I guess it was intentionally left out?

Wallpaper masking is bugged, east-facing end pieces have a little white line where the wallpaper material doesn't show. Same issue with cross pieces but only on the top right.
west-facing end pieces and some corner pieces have the material show a bit too far, overlapping the wood colour and making it very dark.
This is best seen on devilstrand wallpaper.

Am I missing something or are carvings just more expensive versions of small sculptures? Like why would you spend 70 mats on a carving if you can spend 50 mats on a small sculpture that has the same stats?

It seems that many of the art pieces do not add their "psyfocus bonust" to other nearby art pieces when wanting to enhance meditation speed for psycasters.

So, I cracked open the mod and there isn't anything in it that I can see that would cause rugs to be unsellable. If there's an issue, it likely isn't with this mod. Which means a weird interaction with another mod or a change in vanilla might be to blame.

I've yet to attempt to sell rugs, so I can't speculate one way or another.

Would it be possible to make reliefs draw as part of a wall, like any other wall would in it's place? As standalone pieces they're great but I'd like to integrate them into walls to create artistic hallways. Right now they look a bit dumb, especially if you have double-thick walls.

did 1.4 do something to faction bases buying rugs? I've been looking for a while now, trying to find a base that will buy my rugs. Does anyone know if there are faction types that consistently buy them, or what category they appear in, in the "show what will buy" tab? ty.

When using MinifyEverything mod and choosing to reinstall the hologram it will just get duplicated instead. Rimworld version 1.3.3389.
