Yk, seeing this mod again and thinking about playing as the glitch. I bet this mod could easily be used as a Glitch reskin!

why are the actual sprites different and smoother compared to the preview sprite on the selection square? personally i prefer the one in the square, not over-detailed

I've already given your race stats for my Race Traits mod, but I saw that you're still an active author (responding to comments) , so I wanted to personally ask you instead.
If you look at the Race Trait mod's description, it'll have stats for the Hitch already via the Stat Sheet Google Sheets link that you can check out online.
Tell me if you agree with or disagree with the stats given. I'd love to have your official support! We can also talk on Discord or etc.

It has to be a conflict with some other mod i do not use cos it's working fine for me with no crashes

there is a bug with one of the magnorb weapons (green, but not the one named hitch magnorbs)

As far as i'm aware the mod works perfectly fine on servers
I always had the mod installed and *forced* my friends to have it too every time we played.
We never encountered that error in our playtime

does this work on servers, becuase the [22:15:56.724] [Error] Could not load image asset '/ai/<image>', using placeholder default. I found during my testing in single player kinda makes me worried.

Ok.
Two things:
1. Yes, I'm alive.
2. I finally fixed the bug... I mean.... I decided to get rid of the feature of NPCs getting scared to death when you try to talk to them because it allowed players to make infinite pixel farms in certain spots in The Outpost. And getting infinite money for free can be gamebreaking so I decided to delete that *feature*.

Caused by: (JsonParsingException) Error parsing json: bad array, should be ',' or ']' at 18:9

If I'd been better at searching steam with google I might have found out which mod was causing this error sooner. Oh well.

i mean, in reality, these could be explained in such a way, that their existence would sound legit, because they're more advanced, this could allow them to travel between timelines, maybe they saw this timeline, and were curious, so they opened a rift to this timeline, and if you are playing one, maybe you could be a scout send a decent while ago to determine if the people of the timeline were friendly, and you soon became a protectorate, and then, the ruin woke up during a ceremony you were attending. hope this all makes sense :)
anyways, cool mod, i'd love to see maybe a custom MM sprite as an optional addon somewhere, as of now, i'd understand if you can't do that, you might not know what it *should* look like, or just don't have the time, either way, it's fine if you don't, i'd just like to see one, i might be able to help you with some lore books and scan dialogue here and there if you need, feel free to hit me up if you want some help with the ideas for dialogue/lore.

The NPC suicide bug is still there and from what I could catch in Starbound's *wonderful* logs, the issue's still the converse.config.patch file.

There's a missing comma in converse.config.patch at the end of line 17, that's most likely what's causing NPCs to die when talked to

Starbound logs are terrible imo, I caught the missing comma by unpacking my 138 mods and reading each file for syntax errors (yes, that's insane, yes, that sucked). I'm just going to stay unsubbed and watch to see if this resolves (incase there are other errors, since I am not reading more files, I'm taking a break from that).

I patched the missing comma 2 days ago with the latest update and i havent played since then.
The log could be helpful but rn I have no idea how to read it...
I can try to look into your log with some help from the internet and you can send me the file by discord

Okay, my problem seems to be not a new one:
This mod conflicts with something else, and causes random generated friendly NPC's (villigers and village-defenders) to die, if talked to.
(I secured a log-file after talk-killing a floran villiger, if this is worth something)

Is the missing comma in combat.config.patch the cause for that to happen?
Or is this something else?
I unsubbed from the Hitch-mod for now and NPC's stoped dying from words.
