I have no idea.
At this point, it's simpler to grab this mod's .yml file and use it to manually replace the original in the workshop folder
And that's it, should work perfectly and stops being misread by the mod loader. If you want to go further, say changing the name or updating the game version it's for, make a true local copy instead. If you have any issues with the mod loader still, suggest also going for a true local copy.
True local copy meaning making a copy in Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod instead of altering the workshop file.
First, extract the mod from the archive and delete the archive, making sure contents are in the same folder. Not sure why, but Stellaris 2.4 onward really doesn't like archived mods.
Next, move common/localisation/nnn_l_english.yml to common/localisation/replace/ This marks it to overwrite prior localisation.
Then remove README.txt. Not sure if this is necessary, but since .txt files are read by the game it easily could be. Alternative is to comment the entire thing out (place '#' at the beginning of each line)
Please, PLEASE hound, insult, and berate me if you notice any grammatical/spelling mistakes anywhere in the mod or description. I am a perfectionist and thus want the mod to be as perfect as can be.
It also has a couple bugfixes regarding Opinion modifiers not working as intended.

Thank you! It took a while to do it, but in the end it was worth it! I may not be very great at modding at the moment, but I do what I can to improve this community.
I might upload the other localisation tweaks/improvements I've made. Maybe...
