Great Houses! Unfortunately, I don't have the CCP on this platform, (nor those this platform work on my computer anymore, what the hell) Hopefully, someday I will enjoy these houses. Great Work!

Nice little houses. I just bought the University City CCP, so I'm glad to be able to add these to my city too. Thanks for your hard work.

@behbo i didn't know that. but you no longer need to search for them since you've found them :)
Behbo 3 Jan, 2020 @ 11:30am
Nice free addition to the University City pack! I had only discovered these amazing houses for my American styled cities just now... I don't know, KingLeno, but you could make this to have an "American" tag to turn up when I search up houses of that style, because I was looking for something more than your U-City pack and BoldlyBuilding's American Eclectic series for so long. I had to browse your collections (as you know, collections don't show up in Workshop item searches) until I found this.

Anyways, these are some excellent houses!

Yeah I've gone and removed it with Prop it up so it's no problem for me now, just thought I'd let you know incase you didnt know about it.
KingLeno  [author] 22 Dec, 2019 @ 9:32am
@zapmouse yeah it does, depends on how the terrain sits and your graphic settings tho
Aito 21 Dec, 2019 @ 10:59pm
I've found the particular asset in question. "Concrete Paver 2x4" zoomed in it's perfectly fine but zoomed out slightly it starts flickering like crazy
Aito 21 Dec, 2019 @ 10:44pm
Noticing quite a lot of flickering and graphics issues with the driveways.

IS there an non dlc version?
Zaraphina 10 Aug, 2019 @ 5:12pm
@Lextacy Actually the phrase "uses the same textures as University City CCP" does in fact answer the question. It literally means the textures you require for this workshop mod to function, is located within the DLC pack so if you don't have it, this won't work, because guess what, it references the same files. You don't need to be a dev to know that. You don't even need to be a modder to know that. Don't blame your own ignorance on others. The mod authors take a lot of their own, UNPAID personal time to make these mods for the community. Show some appreciation. @KingLeno, thank you for all your hard work. your CCP is great, the mods you continue to release are great.
KingLeno  [author] 6 Aug, 2019 @ 5:57pm
@lextacy anyone subscribing to assets should know how textures work, and all assets creators know how textures work, so it's not something only developers know. if you don't know what textures are, then god created google.
Lextacy 6 Aug, 2019 @ 5:49pm
The phrase "Uses the same textures from University City CCP. " does not answer that directly....maybe indirectly if you knew the backend of the game enough (for which mostly only developers know how the textures work) . You would still need to explain WHY. Are these shared textures? Are they unlocked since we have it physically installed? Are these textures locked if DLC not purchased? I know some games have assets accessible with DLC like GTA V. How would we have know that?
KingLeno  [author] 6 Aug, 2019 @ 3:50pm
@lextacy apparently you don't have the ability to read. "Uses the same textures from University City CCP". If I use textures/models from a dlc to create buildings similar to buildings in the dlc, it's going to require that dlc. And if you've determined that I won't have a valid answer, please don't bother to even ask a question.
Lextacy 6 Aug, 2019 @ 3:38pm
You still never answered flo0220's question. Instead you linked him the "ability to read" smartass response . Which of course there is nothing on this page that explains why the University DLC is needed. In addition, these are standard single family homes in which would never even use the DLC to begin with. Which really is a slap in the face to the community when you think about it. So maybe answer his question why the DLC is needed (which you wont have a valid answer as the assets in question are not related to University City)
Flo0220 5 Aug, 2019 @ 6:27am
@KingLeno Exactly! Thanks for replying.
KingLeno  [author] 4 Aug, 2019 @ 8:09am
@flo0220 haha no problem. can be hard to read everything when you're browsing loads of assets on the workshop
Flo0220 4 Aug, 2019 @ 7:26am
@KingLeno Ahhh. Now I see!

I usually read the description, but well, I forgot it this time I guess. Sorry.
Jonathan 4 Aug, 2019 @ 7:12am
I am always ready for more houses in this style, and these look incredible as always. Thanks!

Flo0220 3 Aug, 2019 @ 7:49am
Why do I need that dlc for this?
jasonr71 2 Aug, 2019 @ 11:36pm
Love em!
girlfromverona 2 Aug, 2019 @ 6:39pm
These are gorgeous! Thanks so much, KingLeno. :)

@bluejayrage aww, thanks!

Beautiful work - as always. You've truly earned the title; King.

These should fit in perfectly with my mid-century themed city. Reminds me of the small 40s and 50s era houses in the older neighborhoods around my town.
