Most likely not as i moved onto other things. I considered it way back then, but... Learning a new vector of modding just wasn't on the menu, not too mention that it appeared too obscure.
i will check later another ost, and will update your after. i really like this ost, si hope if with this i can help a bit to make it work better sometime.
Have no comments on crashes though. I know about freezes, but crashes? Unless something changed with the game and musical mods are straight broken now - i have no idea. If its really that bad you'll have to play without it.
For experiment's sake - try to download another music mod and see if its any different.
Could the issue be related to the quality of the sound files or how they were compressed what causes the loading issues?
there are other mods that include the name in their title.
That's because its not supposed to.
Music Modding System brute forces the tracks to play in the game bypassing whatever you picked in the game's game settings. In fact, the in-game chosen music pack will play whenever MMS will fail to play (as for example back-from-the-mission loading screens).
What's wrong with the one on the workshop right now? Bad sound quality?
The music refuses to play during Avanger Defense in all of its' forms. I have no idea why.
Will try to resolve it when i can and if i can.
That'll be DOOM 2016 UAC Guard armor

Naw, as far as I can tell this is just inherent to MMS. This is something that kicks in for me with any MMS-based music mod, including my own.
I'd guess it's because the game refuses to properly pre-cache the audio files for its music tracks and doesn't have a proper system for loading them on the fly without interrupting the game either. Doesn't help that XCOM 2 forces you to use such a bloated audio format for music, of course.
